Winter crates added

I updated the servers found that there are files for Winter crates added, and there's 2 kinds, nice and naughty.

The item schema in Steam API also shows the new Winter crates, but the content is not known yet.

Update: Statistic data provided by Nooch stated that both crates drop approximately of the same chance, so there should not be value difference between the two.

The interesting thing about these crates is they can be sold for 1 ref now.

And actually no one know what's inside yet.
